| RESERVATIONS: Equipment may be reserved prior to rental if available. It will be held up to one (1) hour after opening, or one (1) hour after the reservation has been placed, to allow for pickup. | |
| DELIVERY: Delivery service is available by hour. Time is based on portal-to-portal. | |
| DEPOSITS: Customers without an "Open Account" will be required to leave a deposit on all rentals, and must have a valid drivers license, and credit card. | |
| CHECKS: Checks will be accepted if made out to Team Equipment or Level Repair and signed. Amounts are to be estimated. They must be filled in for the full amount of the deposit and deposited with the balance due to be paid on return. No checks will be refunded until they have cleared by our bank. | |
| CREDIT: Open accounts may be established after completing our credit application for credit approval. | |
| SPECIAL FINANCING: Through our Team Equipment (Home Source) Credit Card, with approved credit you can qualify for up to 12 months same as cash. | |
| RATE STRUCTURE: There are half (1/2) day rates available when the equipment has been out for less than three (3) hours. Our day rate is eight (8) hours used within a twenty-four (24) hour period. Our work week is considered to be Monday through Saturday. Sunday is not a charged day unless noted as such. Full day use is up to eight (8) hours. Full week is forty (40) hours use in a one (1) week period. A full month's use is one hundred and sixty (160) hours in a one (1) month period. Wherever the next rate structure is lesser, it is billed to the customer's favor. | |
| INSURANCE: All account customers must provide a certificate of insurance naming Team Equipment Company loss payee and additionally insured for equipment rented, or be subject to a damage waiver charge. | |
| TIRE REPAIR: It is common practice in the Rental Industry that the renter assume all responsibility for the tire damages and repair cost. | |
| FUEL: Fuel will be charged to customer for all equipment that has a one (1) gallon tank or larger. | |
| TAXES: Use tax must be paid on all rental fees, and sales tax on all purchases, unless tax exemption form is completed. | |
| WE HONOR: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. | |
